All Beads & Brush products are individually handcrafted. Slight variations in size, shape, texture, color, element placement, and the natural movement of the wire are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

Hand-painted watercolor pieces are original works of art and cannot be reproduced exactly. Likewise, wire crochet and wire macramé creations will never be perfectly identical.

When a customer requests a recreation of a previous design, material availability will be confirmed before production begins. If gemstones, crystals, pearls, or other original components are unavailable, carefully selected alternatives will be offered while preserving the spirit of the original design.
